As the trustee for a dear friend’s estate, I knew very little about the
home I needed to sell. In addition, I live a fair distance from the
property. Judy is an extremely professional and competent agent, who
was able to provide terms, wording and conditions that protected the
estate while fully informing potential buyers.
As a result of her extensive knowledge of current market conditions and
local peculiarities, we were able to sell the property very quickly. I
know this prompt turnover was because of Judy’s professional advice and
informed preparation before the house was put on the market.
During escrow, Judy was in daily contact. She kept me fully informed
about every aspect of the transaction. She arranged all inspections,
necessary repairs and pursued any new information quickly and
